Studying Viola at Conservatorium Maastricht means embarking on an intensive artistic journey in which you develop your individual talent with world-renowned teachers. You will have the opportunity to explore the core viola repertoire, participate in chamber music ensembles, and gain experience playing in an orchestra. Throughout your studies, we offer dedicated support in preparing for orchestral auditions as well as (international) solo competitions.

In the Bachelor’s programme, the focus lies on developing your technical skills, musical vision, and building a broad and solid repertoire. During the Master’s programme, you will refine your artistic ideas and begin to actively prepare for your future professional musical career.
