Finding accommodation in Maastricht

Finding suitable accommodation is one of the most important things to arrange before you start your studies at Conservatorium Maastricht. Student housing in Maastricht is in high demand, so we strongly recommend starting your search as early as possible.

Maastricht is a compact city with a wide range of housing: student residences, shared apartments, studios and private rental properties. Distances are short and cycling is easy, so most neighbourhoods are within easy reach of the city centre and the conservatoire. Popular student areas include Brusselsepoort, Mariaberg, Wyck, Statenkwartier, Emmaplein and Scharn.

Because Maastricht is close to the Belgian border, some students also live in nearby Belgian towns and commute to the conservatoire.
