Instrumental studies
Electric Bass

As a Electric Bass student, you listen, play and learn in the inspiring environment of our Bass department. You'll have regular private lessons with the main subject teachers, plus group lessons, studio recordings and plenty of band rehearsals focused first on repertoire and later on specific styles. In your individual lessons you build improvisation skills, harmonic knowledge and a feel for groove and rhythm across a wide range of styles: jazz/fusion, funk/soul, Latin/salsa, pop/rock and world music. The programme is tailored to your level and musical direction, complemented by masterclasses from renowned bassists.
