The Health and Wellbeing Program was set up to offer Conservatorium students the tools towards a healthy, happy & stress free student life.
With training sessions, workshops but also sports & other forms of information with regards to health, the Health & Wellbeing Program tries to focus on both physical- and mental health.
The goal is to provide clear information for both students and teachers and to anticipate on (un)foreseen physical- and mental health problems.
What sources are available within Conservatorium Maastricht (Zuyd) when it comes to these problems and in what ways can health problems be prevented- and/or dealed with.
Together with Preventiecentrum Zuyd and MUMC+ several workshops already passed in review and will be given more regularly to give the students more insight.
