This past weekend, Keshav Krishnan won first prize at the prestigious Steinway Piano Competition in Belgium.
The Steinway Piano Competition is internationally recognised and provides young pianists with the opportunity to perform at a high level. This Belgian edition is part of a worldwide network of Steinway competitions. Participants are evaluated by a professional jury on aspects such as technique, musicality, interpretation, and stage presence. The competition offers young musicians a valuable platform and encourages their ongoing artistic development.
Keshav is currently studying at the Junior Conservatorium Maastricht, under the guidance of pianist and teacher Ashley Wass.
