Language Requirements

Bachelor of Music
The programmes of Bachelor of Music are taught in English. Therefore you must have a thorough active and passive command of English.
You will be required to prove your level of command of English by uploading one of the following certificates /diplomas /documents to your application by July 1:

  • You have obtained a B1 level in English or an equivalent score:
    • TOEFL (at a test centre): minimum score iBT 60
    • IELTS  Academic (at a test centre): minimum score 5.0
    • Pearson PTE Academic (at a test centre): minimum score 50
    • LanguageCert Academic (at a test centre): minimum score 54
    • TOEIC Listening & Reading / Speaking & Writing: minimum score 665 / 275
    • Cambridge English (CAE or FCE): minimum score 154
  • You are a native English speaker – a copy of your ID is needed.  
  • You have successfully completed a study at a University or College with a full English programme.
  • You are an EU/EEA citizen and you have a diploma of Secondary Education with English as a subject of your examination.

Master of Music
The programmes of Master of Music are taught in English. Therefore you must have a thorough active and passive command of English. 
You will be required to prove your level of command of English by uploading one of the following certificates /diplomas /documents to your application by July 1:

  • You have obtained a B2 level in English or an equivalent score:
    • TOEFL (at a test centre): minimum score iBT 80, paper 550
    • IELTS  Academic (at a test centre): minimum score 6.0
    • Pearson PTE Academic (at a test centre): minimum score 61
    • LanguageCert Academic (at a test centre): minimum score 65
    • TOEIC Listening & Reading / Speaking & Writing: minimum score 865 / 335
    • Cambridge English (CAE or FCE): minimum score 169
  • You are a native English speaker – a copy of your ID is needed.
  • You have successfully completed a Bachelor at a University or College with a full English programme.
