Ane Lore Ugarte Eizmendi, principal English Horn of the Düsseldorfer Symphoniker, is a Spanish Oboe player who studied her bachelor's and master's degrees with Professor C. Wetzel and became a member of the Academy of the Gurzenich Orchestra Köln in 2020.
She is regularly playing English Horn in different radio and opera orchestras around Germany, and since 2021, she is in her current role as principal solo English Horn at the Düsseldorfer Symphoniker.
She has taught various Masterclasses in Italy and the Netherlands, which she has combined with private teaching, and in 2023 she was appointed English horn lecturer at the Conservatorium Maastricht.
